These terms describe the sponsorship offered through this site. Final prices appear at checkout when sales are opened.
What you are purchasing
A recurring monthly advertising placement supporting GLB Sports coverage of the selected school. This is a purchase from GLB Sports, not a payment to, endorsement by, or donation to the school. The tier description identifies eligible placements. Placement is shared with other advertisers in the same tier; no exclusive position, impressions, clicks or sales are guaranteed.
Payment and renewal
Stripe handles payment details. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Campaigns activate only after a verified successful payment and remain eligible during their paid period. You can manage billing and cancellation through your account. A canceled renewal normally runs through the already-paid period unless Stripe records an immediate cancellation. Failed payments do not create additional paid placement time.
Your creative
You confirm that you are authorized to use your business name, link, image and message. Those items are displayed publicly when your campaign is active. Keep advertising appropriate for school communities. Do not submit private student information, misleading claims or material you do not have permission to use. GLB may pause unsuitable or disputed advertising and review billing adjustments.
Edits, cancellation and billing issues
Edit your creative in the advertiser account. A campaign’s school and tier are fixed once checkout begins; create a separate campaign to change that selection. Billing history and available cancellation controls are in Stripe’s billing portal. Send an issue through the reader/contact form with your campaign reference; never include card details. Refunds require review by the operator and are not issued by a client-side button. A verified full refund of the current paid invoice removes its placement eligibility.
Editorial independence
Advertisements are labeled. Sponsorship does not purchase a favorable story, alter a score or standing, or guarantee editorial coverage.
Launch status
The site may be in private review and checkout may be disabled while pricing, billing configuration and public availability are being completed. No payment is taken by a disabled checkout.
